The files used to store the map waypoints and routes are all in the 
folder

/Users/lances/Library/Application Support/Garmin/RoadTrip

[MacDuder-10:Application Support/Garmin/RoadTrip] lances% ls
AllData.gdb        FolderData.gfi     MyUserData.gpx
AllData.gdb.bak    FolderData.gfi.bak tmp

AllData.gdb should contain the database necessary to completely restore 
a set of maps
